Financial Analyst Assistant

BusinessCube Ltd. is seeking a eager and energetic Odoo Trainer assistant to join our dynamic team with part-time agreement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assist in delivering comprehensive training programs on the Odoo ERP system to help clients and internal staff maximize the use of this powerful platform..

Responsibilities:


  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the sales and management teams.
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
  • Assist in developing and delivering an engaging training materials and courses on Odoo applications, tailored to the needs of the audience.
  • Conduct on-site and virtual supporting training sessions for clients, to stress on weak-points highlighted by the seniro trainer to ensure that users have a thorough understanding of Odoo's features and capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the development team to stay updated on the latest Odoo features and updates.
  • Participate in providing post-training support and in create instructional materials, such as user guides and video tutorials.
  • Assist in the implementation process by providing insights and expertise on best practices.
  • Collect feedback about the client business processes and share it with senior trainer to get a thorough understanding about the client business model.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting/finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative or sales role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of financial analysis and ERP systems (Odoo preferred).

Key Requirements

  • A commitment to continuous learning and staying current with Odoo updates and new features.
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct training sessions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Awarence of Odoo modules.
  • Experience in training or similar role.
  • Awarence of business processes and ERP systems, particularly accounting Odoo.
  • Awarence of communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information in an accessible manner.
  • Awarence in creating training materials and conducting both in-person and virtual training sessions.
